this blog is one outlet that i have for my thoughts and emotions, an online journal if you will. it is my life, or that is what it has become. i started out with not knowing what i wanted it to be. at first it was a place to just relay some funny things going on in my life like the Chick-Fil-A Chronicles. then it turned in to a place to post quizzes and the like that i thought amusing as time has gone on i have shared much of my person life. and after a few years of writing i realized what this blog is about. it is about me. all these thing that i have written about are about "where i am in my life".
* as a note - on fridays i post youtube videos. i hope you enjoy them.
* a further note - i almost never capitalize anything and i do not spell very well, and my grammar is not the best.
the year is coming to an end. and it has been a long and busy year. and the next few days are going to prove that the year is not at an end. i am headed to seattle tomorrow and will return on the first of Jan. i am really looking forward to this trip. i am going to see a good friend of mine and go to a Masked Ball for New Years. i am also going to see some of my family that is up there as well. i have 3 aunts and a cousin and a grandmother that i will be seeing. i also get to ware my new suit for the ball, and that should be nice, i have never owned a suit before and so i am looking forward to that as well. my daughter thinks that i look very good in the suit. the new job is going well. and i feel that i am catching on very well. this week is really slow as there are very few people in the office. i am looking forward to a new year with the new job. the kids are doing well in school. and i have the beginnings of a new movie list that i must watch this year.
i did go and see Sweeney Todd on Christmas day. it was good, bloody and twisted. but very good. i also got to see National Treasure also very good but not as good as the original. i am going to see I am Legend tonight.
anyway i will most likely not get any other post up before the end of the year. so...
ok so i am not a English major or a master of the English language. but this is crazy. if you have to the time to check it out do so. if not l33t speak has no place in every day speech.
Winter is upon us. it has started with the first winter storm. all day has has been raining but because it 30 degrees out side it just turns to ice. i had to go out and let my car run for 15 minutes to loosen the 1/8 inch ice on my car. then i had to scrap the remainder off my windows. i did manage to get the ice on the drivers side off in one piece. i rolled down my window and pushed it out from the inside. it was cool.
Rain and cold aside, the new job is going great. the group of us that started at the same time feel like it was not much of a transition. we all have questions about some of the systems, but we are all catching up. the one thing that is messing me up is the Mac support. i have never worked on a Mac and don not know what to do with most of the issues with them.
otherwise life is working itself out. i have been really busy lately with the kids every day. and i am still trying to adjust to the new schedule, i want to sleep soon as i get off work, and i am not use to getting up and going straight to work. i am drinking coffee everyday now. which is something i have never done. to my amazement they actually have descent coffee at work, something i have never had.
